In December 2025, we raised $500 million in a private placement to launch the industry's first Bitcoin Cash
(BCH) Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy on Nasdaq. This positions MFI as a pioneer in corporate treasury
infrastructure, using BCH's scalable, low-cost network to preserve and compound shareholder value in a world
where traditional cash continues to lose purchasing power.
We are actively expanding this foundation through:
- BCH mining operations - building on-chain production capacity to support network security and generate sustainable digital asset yield.
- Digital asset-denominated life insurance - developing regulated infrastructure that allows premiums, policy values, loans, and benefits to be held and transacted entirely in native digital assets. This enables seamless wealth preservation and intergenerational transfer without forced liquidations or exit from the ecosystem (license applications in progress).
