mF International Limited (MFI) is a Nasdaq-listed fintech company dedicated to building foundational infrastructure for the digital asset ecosystem. Originally established as a provider of advanced trading platform solutions for forex (FX) and precious metals serving global institutional clients, MFI has evolved under new leadership since our June 2025 change of control to become a key architect of digital asset-native financial infrastructure.
In December 2025, we raised $500 million in a private placement to launch the industry’s first Bitcoin Cash (BCH) Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy on Nasdaq. This positions MFI as a pioneer in corporate treasury infrastructure, using BCH’s scalable, low-cost network to preserve and compound shareholder value in a world where traditional cash continues to lose purchasing power.
We are actively expanding this foundation through:
- BCH mining operations - building on-chain production capacity to support network security and generate sustainable digital asset yield.
- Digital asset-denominated life insurance - developing regulated infrastructure that allows premiums, policy values, loans, and benefits to be held and transacted entirely in native digital assets. This enables seamless wealth preservation and intergenerational transfer without forced liquidations or exit from the ecosystem (license applications in progress).
Led by a team with a proven track record of creating core digital asset infrastructure — co-founding one of the largest early exchanges (Huobi), founding the institutional-grade secured hardware wallets (ColdLar), and founding a payment platform serving millions (RedotPay) — MFI is systematically solving the next set of critical challenges: reliable wealth storage, productive yield generation, and long-term succession planning in digital assets.
